2022 Hopefully a year that everyone will remember fondly for good yields.

On the Wheat front the latest varieties of Vixen, Devil, Hammer CL & Calibre have all performed well and harvest will tell the whole story.

New varieties for 2023 are Intergrains new Brumby Wheat which looks good & has good resistance to powdery mildew & has a good fit in areas that are susceptible to the disease, Pacific Seeds have a new Imi called Anvil CL Plus keep an eye out on trial data as I think it has a lot of potential.

Barley prices have caused plantings to drop but with the outlook improving some of the new varieties will have a good fit.

AGT - Titan AX is the first barley variety in the world to carry tolerance to Aggressor herbicide (Group 1, Quizalofop-P-Ethyl).

Intergrain Zena Cl Barley - Zena CL is a mid-maturing, high yielding IMI barley – similar to RGT Planet.

Intergrain Combat Barley – It is an exceptionally high yielding feed barley, performing well across a range of different growing environments.

Intergrain Archer Oat – single gene IMI tolerant oaten hay variety, Limited Seed available.
